Mike Wilhelm, LMFTA

Marriage and Family Therapist

Mike enjoys working with couples, families, and individuals, helping clients feel grounded and connected as they work to change unhealthy patterns, find pathways to healing, and develop new ways of communicating and connecting. Mike offers a holistic approach, integrating mind, body, and spirit. This focus on creating the space for clients to connect with deeper parts of themselves, also allows them to connect more deeply with others. Mike works with all forms of spirituality, religion, cultures, genders, and sexualities.

Mike comes to us with a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. He is trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, as well as the Circle of Security Parenting and Life Span Integration Therapy. This is a second career for Mike, after many years in the US Military, and he is excited to work with people from a diversity of backgrounds in healing wounds, and achieving improved relationships and a strong sense of well-being.
