Consultation
We offer free phone consultations, so you can get a sense of whether we have a good match. It is also an opportunity for us to decide whether or not we will be able to help you.

Rates
This will be discussed during the initial appointment. A session is approximately 50 minutes in length. Private pay options are available and should be discussed with the potential therapist. 

Insurance
We bill most major insurance companies and can also provide all the necessary paperwork for our clients to be reimbursed by their insurance provider. If you have questions about coverage, please call your insurance provider to determine your coverage.

Cancellation Policy
We require that all clients provide 24-hours or more of advance notice for cancelation of appointments. All late-cancelations (under 24-hours) and no-shows are subject to a $50 cancelation fee. Repeat no-show/late cancelations may also result in loss of regularly scheduled appointments.

Payment
Cash, Credit Card or check accepted for payment at the time of service.

Client Portal

Appointments and paperwork are scheduled through our on-line portal Theranest. Once you have spoken with a therapist and scheduled your first appointment, you will receive a link to set up your account and fill out your paperwork. Communication with your therapist, appointment confirmation and payments can also be handled through this account.
