As a therapist with over 18 years of experience, Meg has extensive training and practice in the areas of complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and addiction. She is a trained EMDR therapist.

Meg works to help adolescents, adults, and families find pathways to healing and acceptance. Her work as a therapist focuses on identifying strengths, teaching skills, improving understanding and acceptance, and empowering clients to create the change they want to see.

Meg is very interested in helping new moms work through Peri and Postpartum struggles, including anxiety, depression, and bonding. She also enjoys working with teenagers and young adults, helping them to find their voice and explore their sense of self. Meg specializes in working with resistant teens, in particular, helping their families to reduce tension and increase interest in and motivation for change.

In over 16 years of experience in the healthcare field as a Social Worker and Certified Child Life Specialist, Maggie has worked with children, adults, and families in various medical situations, including: crisis, trauma, grief/loss, chronic pain, autoimmune disease, school issues, and professional or family caregiver support.

Maggie has a special interest in working with children and adolescents, whether they be patients themselves, siblings, or children of adult patients. Maggie utilizes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, and Expressive Arts Therapies to help clients move towards their unique values.

Lindsay has worked with children, teens, and adults for over 16 years in helping clients overcome life’s inevitable difficulties to improve their lives and strengthen their families.

Lindsay’s work focuses on teaching skills and building upon strengths as clients reconnect with and live into their highest and best self. Spiritual growth and healing are a specialty of Lindsay’s and an optional part of therapy. Lindsay loves working with all ages, using evidenced-based therapies such as Play Therapy, Sand-tray and art with children and CBT, Mindfulness and EMDR with adults.

Lindsay also offers Reiki Sessions. Reiki is form of energy healing that promotes healing on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. Clients are fully dressed on a table or recliner. Reiki can clear energy blockages and imbalances as well as lower stress and anxiety.

REIKI Training
Lindsay has been teaching Reiki for 15 years and offers classes for Levels 1, 2, 3 and Master Level. Lindsay leads spiritual retreats incorporating meditation, Qi Gong, Reiki and other spiritual practices to further ones connection to their higher-self, and receive guidance and healing.

Mindfulness Training
Lindsay is available for leading trainings on Mindfulness, Trauma Resilience, and Self-Care. She provides these trainings to non-profits, organizations, churches, schools and corporations

Patty Ferguson, LICSW

Therapist

Patty has worked with people of all ages and backgrounds as a medical social worker for over 10 years. She is honored to work with people during some of the most challenging, yet meaningful, times of their lives. Her social work experience includes, pediatric, adult and geriatric care, palliative care and chronic illness.

Patty is specially trained in palliative care and in addressing issues of grief, loss and illness. She has an interest in counseling for depression, anxiety and pain, and utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques. With a love and background in yoga and theater, Patty also offers ways to cope with life challenges through movement and storytelling.
