MASGUTOVA NEUROSENSORIMOTOR REFLEX INTEGRATION – MNRI® METHOD
INTEGRATIVE BODYWORK, REIKI
working with all ages

FEE FOR SERVICE APPOINTMENTS – PACKAGE PRICING AVAILABLE

Tara has worked with children, teens, and adults with nervous system dysregulation for over 6 years. Beginning her career as a pediatric Speech Language Pathologist, Tara offers reflex integration using the Masgutova’s Neurosensorimotor Reflex Integration (MNRI), somatic (body) awareness, and energy work to help clients overcome anxiety, panic attacks, physical pain, nervous system dysregulation, postural disfunction, and other forms of disconnection within the body.

With a strong focus on helping clients learn to recognize and appreciate how their bodies work to keep them safe and what that means for their nervous system Tara helps clients build deeper connections with their body’s innate responses to stress through neural re-patterning. Primarily focusing on MNRI, which works to clear paths of dysfunction (ones that are causing increased stress responses) through integration of primitive reflexes, clients experience improved nervous system functioning. Her work seemlessly integrates meditation and mindfulness techniques, followed by touch and movement guided by your body’s safety mechanisms and responses.

Linda Kozora, PT

PHYSICAL THERAPY
working with all ages

FEE FOR SERVICE APPOINTMENTS – $150 per hour

Linda provides an integrated approach to physical therapy. An experienced practitioner, she blends traditional treatments with specialized manual therapies such as craniosacral therapy, visceral manipulation, structural work, and external pelvic floor therapy. By using these non-traditional techniques, she routinely gets lasting results for the even most complex patients.

Basic Principals of Care

All body parts are interconnected. The function of one part of the body is dependent upon the normal functioning of the other parts. Good circulation is essential in order for the body to get proper nutrients, and for the removal of waste products.

Movement may become restricted due to the distortion of tissue or the pull from some other tight structure that did not heal properly after an old injury. Lack of mobility may lead to congestion of bodily fluids, pain and other problems. Linda’s work helps to support mind-body issues, women’s health issues, pelvic disfunction, digestive and eating issues, central nervous system dysfunction, chronic fatigue, musculoskeletal pain, Fibromyalgia, post-surgical recovery, and more.

craniosacral therapy

Can help eliminate neck pain and headaches, restore health of the cranium after a concussion, decrease back pain and improve digestion.

viseral manipulation

Works mainly with the connective tissue (fascia) which envelops and supports the internal organs as well as most every other tissue in the body.

structural work

Mobilization of joints, muscles, and fascia to improve functional movement and balance.

pelvic floor release

Not internal work, but just as effective! Manipulating the pelvic floor muscles helps to realign the structure, improve function and reduce pelvic issues.
