Wellness Therapies Spokane is a community of therapists dedicated to helping you find a pathway of healing, growth, well-being, empowerment, and acceptance. ALL ARE WELCOME.

Whether you’re looking for support or guidance through a particularly difficult time, or you’re open to a real change in your life and where you’re going, Wellness Therapies is a place where healing and awareness can begin.
We believe that all people should have access to our programs. We stand in solidarity with the black community, our marginalized, vulnerable, and at-risk populations in the fight against racism and all forms of oppression. We believe that a person’s healthcare decisions should be between themselves and their medical providers. We believe that all individuals have the right to be accepted for their unique and authentic selves, which includes the right to make their own medical decisions.
Starting therapy means taking the first steps on a new and sometimes scary journey, but you are not taking them alone. Whatever obstacles and struggles you may be going through in life, we consider it a privilege to help. We offer trauma-informed, holistic, person-centered therapy for children, teens and families, adults and couples using an integrative and tailored approach.

Children, Teens and Families

Our therapists offer evidence based therapies, including Play, Sand-Tray, Attachment Focused Therapy, EMDR, Functional Family Therapy and more when working with your young people to help them grow and heal.

Children may experience challenges in life that effect the way they form connections and respond to stressors. Our Therapists offer trauma-informed and evidence-based therapies that help empower them to move through their struggles as they grow.

Becoming a young adult comes with any number of obstacles. Whether coping with loneliness, depression, or anxiety, or struggling with interpersonal relationships and peer pressure, therapy can represent a safe place for teens to explore their thoughts and feelings and develop a stronger sense of self.

Parenting can be very hard work. Whether to address issues of communication, repair trust, or support a family member in need, family therapy works to reduce tension, increase understanding, and improve relationships. When our families function well, our children and young adults thrive.
