Mental Health Therapist

Claire received her Masters of Social Work from Seattle University in 2022. She has an educational background in psychology and human development, and is experienced in case management, crisis intervention, therapeutic wellness groups, and individual therapy. Claire uses a trauma-informed lens to promote a social justice-focused and anti-oppressive therapy space. She works with her clients to create an environment that feels safe, compassionate, and healing.

Claire guides her clients to be present, connected, and grounded through the use of Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, supportive psychotherapy, and more. She enjoys working with a variety of clients, helping them to navigate through life’s transitions and obtain inner peace, wholeness, and well-being. Claire also has a passion for helping people connect with their values, and find empowerment to create meaningful and sustained change in their lives.
