Britta Howard, LICSW-A

Mental Health Therapist

Britta  comes to us with an MSW from Boise State University. She has an extensive background in working with complex trauma and offers her clients a trauma-informed, empowerment based model of caring for their emotional well-being.

Britta enjoys working with adults of all ages, particularly college students. She is an LGBTQIA+ ally and offers clients experience working with relationship-based issues and traumas, major changes, grief and loss, secondary trauma, self-esteem issues, and other life stressors.

The body-mind-soul connection is a crucial component of Britta’s holistic approach to counseling. Her trauma-informed, mindfulness-based approach centers around clients’ personal values and strengths, helping clients begin the practice of radical self-acceptance while gaining new awareness and skills.
