Aileen strives to help her clients identify and achieve their personal goals and find success and fulfillment. Through an attachment lens, she utilizes evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Supportive Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to support you to set and meet your treatment goals.

Living with insomnia can be a challenge. Fortunately, effective treatment is available that helps people fall asleep faster, stay asleep, and feel more rested during the day.

Aileen offers Cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I or CBTI), a short, structured, and evidence-based approach to combating the frustrating symptoms of insomnia. For those suffering from disrupted sleep research has found CBT-I to be a more effective treatment than medication.
